ECAA1 dependent study?

Hello,

Does anyone know if an ECAA1 Turkish worker dependent can study in the UK? I've seen guidance that the dependent cannot work until after they have been resident in the UK for 3 years, but I cannot find anything about whether the dependent of a Turkish employed person can study.

I found out the answer to this a long time ago and forgot I had posted the question. ECAA1 dependants can work or study with no restrictions. After 3 years of working, they build up their own right to work (similar to the main ECAA1 visa holder, but without the need for a dependant visa).
