Switching from Tier-2 ICT to General, but withdrawing.

Post by preminbristol » Thu Sep 05, 2013 8:00 pm

Hi All, I had Tier-2 ICT visa valid until Nov'14. I applied for switching to Tier-2 General, after a new employer provided a CoS. I now want to withdraw that application.

Once withdrawn, can I continue working for my previous employer? In that case, will the previous CoS be valid or should my employer provide a new one? Will my BRP be returned by UKBA?

Please help. It is urgent. Thanks in advance.

about withdrawing your application and getting your documents back:

and about cancelling the new CoS:
