Where does the OCI file go in India

Can anyone pls tell me that once I submit my application for oci in the high commission London, where does it go in india. Which Govt dept deals with it. All I know it's that it goes somewhere in Delhi. It would be helpful if someone can give more details about it.

Not sure how that information is going to help you, but the applications are processed by Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.
