Swithing from PSW to tier2 but Job below NVQ6!!!

I currently work for the restaurant as a restaurant manager then my sponsor offer to sponsor me. Could I switch from PSW to tier 2?? as my job title is not on shortage occupation and below NVQ6.

Please help!!!

Then you cannot be issued a Tier 2. You will need to look at alternative visas. There are not any job descriptions that would make you eligible for a Tier 2 at a restaurant except some shortage occupations chefs.
