Child tax credit and jobs hours

Hello to all and especially senior’s members,

I want to apply child tax credit and working tax credit as I got ILR and my wife is subject to immigration control having spouse visa, I did work full time for the last six months for support of her spouse visa and if I do part time job now with maximum 30 hours a week, will it be any issue for HMRC point of view?
And how may weeks do they takes to decide an application for child tax credit?
