SET (O) peo fee for PBS dependant and child

Hi Please help me if any one has recently paid for their dependants' for peo appointment full fee.
I wanted to apply for their ILR soon. I got mine on tier-1 general economic route in july this year.
When I am trying to book appointment choosing dependant as option it's showing 2 times the 1426 i.e 2852 to be paid instead 2589 as appear on set o form.
If any one has paid for their visas in similar scenario like applying pbs dependants ILR separately from main applicant. Please let me know.
I am not sure whether I can choose an option other categories or tier-1 general to apply as PBS dependant. any advice much appreciated.
