Need suggestions on dependent visa..

Hi,

I have a query and need a suggestion from you.
I have got my visa and would be travelling to UK on 20th or 21 sept.
Due to some reason my spouse could not applied for dependent visa at same time as me, so if we apply for dependent visa now would there be any problem?
I have maintenance fund letter from employer which mentions that will guarantee the fund of my dependent till the first month.
So just need to know should we apply with that or there may be chances of refusal?

Need your suggestions.
