Referee - Engineer

Hi

I was wondering if a person with an Engineering degree can act as a referee for Naturalisation?

For a professional referee, providing they are an Engineer with professional qualifications, yes.

What if he is Engineer by qualification but working on different sector, not as a Engineer but in other trade ??
