Documents required for First baby passport

Hello,

I got ILR on July 2013 ,I have 2 babies who were born in UK beofore i was granted ILR. I have applied MN1 form for the babies and have received the certificate of british citizen for my babies. I want to know what documents i need to send for my babies first british passport . Do i need to send theri birth cirtificate along with the certificate of british citizen?
