Hi there!
I'm in the same situation, our documents are in HO from last one month.
In COA was written that they have 6 months to issue RC, so nothing change, even those there is fee now.

guys, it a bit too early to think about decisions from HO now. if every thing is fine and now complications with your applications, then it is normally 4-5 months from date of submission.
you might come across some cases that were decided within 2-3 months but those are the exception to the rule.

good luck for you two

Well, it is possible. have to say you are on the lucky side to receive your COA within 11 days from application submission.

keep your fingers crossed and hopefully luck will stay in your side all the way through.
