I had my uk biotmetric card enrolment for me and my family in the post office on 6th june, and it is 7th September now, still haven't received my biometric cards neither we have had heard from the uk border agency. We have written to them regarding this query via email 3 times and sent letters to them through the lawyer and on our own like 4 times, and still no reply.
Please help out what should I do, I really don't know what to do further. Without the biometric cards there are a lot of obstacles. I have even tried contacting them via phone but there phone line always seems to be busy. Please tell me what to do?
Thanks.

Did u get a letter for biometric after postal application? Don't worry that a process of it. It doesnt mean that after u do ur biometric u will get ur brp card. Your application is till under consideration its not yet decided.

Usually biometrics enrollment invitation letter arrives first and then if the case is successful the ILR approval letter is issued to applicant. Maybe the letter you got first is the application receipt.

our asylum application was approved by the home office, and than they sent us a letter to go to a post office and enrol there for the biometrics. we enroled and still haven't received the biometric card. I also have the receipt id of our enrolment. I once again state our asylum application was approved and we were granted indefinite leave to remain. Please help out.
plus we didn't pay for the enrolment for biometric, it was granted free for us by the home office.

I presume you have not change adress since as they might have send something on ur previous address if u have.

Royal mail redirection does not redirect the post being sent through private courier service. For brp usually dx courier delivers it and it will still go to your old address.
