How long does approval of an ICT based COS take?

Hi...does anyone have any idea as to how long a Tier 2 ICT based sponsorship approval takes?
I was looking at the Tier 2 timelines posting and most of the replies that had COS processing there were about RCOS/Tier 2 General.

Its not clear on the UKBA site whether the Tier 2 ICT applications are also looked at only on the 11th of every month along with the Tier 2 restricted general applications or are considered and approved/reviewed every few days?

Sorry, did some more homework and it seems like ICT based COS are pre-allocated to each company and they can just assign it out as and when they need to. (subject to the number of allocations).
