Hello All

I would be grateful if someone can please advise me on this. I am scheduled for my ILR in 4 months time, but have been offered another job from a different employer who is willing to do my Tier 2(G). In that case if the new employer is willing to authorize my paid leave list for the last 4 years 8 months is it fine? or how does this work.

Any views / thoughts on this will be much appreciated.
