Family visit case LAW

Post by maconald » Sun Sep 08, 2013 4:21 pm

Hello,

Is anyone familiar with any case law about Family visits? Such as intention to return and genuine visits despite a previous wish to settle in the UK?

Would be grateful if anyone would let me know. Got to prepare some ground of appeal and need to refer to some case law.

Thanks

If you are claiming to be a legal advisor then you should perhaps subscribe to Lexis, or West Law or Hein Online to name but a few.

Yes, the lexis library allows you to search case law.

Also consider searching the Upper Tribunal - Immigration and Asylum Chamber Decisions (click) for free.
