Please Help
my previous tier 2 was till 2015 .As I mentioned in my previous post that my children and my husband are my dependent and their visa is also valid till 2015 as my dependent.
i switched my employer and got COS from new employer and got my leave to remain till 2016 from home office as on new COS it is till 2016 ( primium service) and i will receive my BRP in 7 days.

Now I asked Homeoffice officer in person when i went for my visa that do i need to change my dependents visa as well .she called somebody in front of me and asked him and replied that if validity of my dependents is till 2015 then they dont need to change till 2015 .As i am the main applicant and only i have to change and they are my dependents and their validity is till205 so they will need to change in 2015 to get it done till 2016
i am confused as you told me i have to change my dependent, visa as well
please help me as your reply will save my money or will guide me what to do

If ur previous visa is being curtailed / cancelled based on request to UKBA by ur ex-employer, don't think that dependents visa will be valid then.

When I had changed employment, I had got visas done for dependents too again although they had almost 1.5 years leave remaining on their visa.

but i am worried as my husband is out of UK and his visa is still same as my old visa which was with my previous employer .(same catagery Tier 2) and now i am with new employer
will he be having any problem in entering uk.

No one can answer exactly to that as its upto ukba if they will give him problems or not but as thumb of rule if that visa was revoked or curtailed then he dont have valid leave. As entering uk they scan passport and visa info come on their screen now the question is has ukba curtailed that right of him I thing best thing for u was to had applied for all ur dependent together with u then if thwy wud have said that they r ok then fine.

Thanks for replying but now i have visa from new employer and i will be starting my new job (same tier) from 16th oct and my husband is coming on 13thoct .i am really worried ,will airport personell allow him to enter
