EU Permanent Residency Card

What are the benefits of the EU Permanent Resident -does one get a card and what is written on the card and why are the INIS insistent that one has to come with EU citizen to get the stamp at burg quay when one gets a new passport.

Does this card have permanent residency written on it or EU fam ? Any body have permanent residency in ireland.

I have it.
It says 4EU Fam and they usually issue it for a period of 10 years.

Of course, but permission would be valid for 10 years.

Locked
