how could I bring my wife from whilst appeal is in progress

how could I bring my wife from whilst appeal is in progress

Hello everyone
My appeal is in progress but have not yet received hearing date. Now I want to bring my wife from Pakistan on visit visa, what do you suggest for that please.
What if she mention me as husband on application form, would it affect her application.
,How can people find the time to hate while life is too short to love,
