Starting Preparation of T1 Ent application in sequence

Dear all:

Its my first post after joining from tonight:) so if i make any mistake , pls mention me and ignore it.

I am going to start work on my application with my Uni partner from PSW to Tier1 Entrepreneur route. My visa will be expiring mid Dec 2013. I understand I have very limited time now. We can't afford consultant fee.
My partener is single and have done masters in HRM and my wife is with me here and I have done MSc in International Textile Biz and Innovation from the University of Bolton.

Can any one assist us how and from where to start the application procedure serial-wise, date-wise etc? Namely biz plan then market research , HM&RC registration, join account etc. with all required documents.
And what time we should do what?
For future reference and extension (minimum problems occur) which is better partnership or Ltd company as we have intention to start work from home?
My landlady allows me to work from home, what dox requires from her to show in UKBA?

Can any body help me regarding the Biz plan, marketing research and contracts related to textile? my email address is mhd73@hotmail.co.uk
