How could I sue my x employer

Post by Ifte2010 » Mon Sep 09, 2013 1:02 am

Hello
I used work in a English restaurant when my passport was in HO. When my visa nearly expire my company gave me notice but when I show my HO acknowledgement latter than they accept that. But when they know my visa has been refuse that time they ask for meeting with me that time I tried to inform me I still eligible to work but they refused. Now from my current employer got my HO work approval while they come for verification. I would like to know how could I sue my x employer for asking compensation?
Please help me.
