Lots of stuff you submitted was not required. Including TB test. You should ask them to refund the cost of the test.

Waiting 3 to 6 months for an EEA FP is unacceptable. My wife has just applied for the same permit, and we only supplied the supporting documents required by law, passports and marriage certificate. It clearly states on the VAF 5 that not all the documents requested are neccessary. We have already travelled to the UK with no FP, so we know its more a formality than a legal neccesity, but trying to board an aircraft without an entry permit can sometimes be impossible, despite the law being on your side. I dont know who you should seek a TB test refund from, that might be a bit of a grey area.

Many thanks rogerlongships,
yeah that true 3 to 6 months for EEA FP is really unacceptable
when i asked the the lady she was working at garry,s international at lahore office she smiled and said 3 to 6 months lol
i did mention this is not a spouse or settlement visa ita EEA Fp
by EU law they have to address this application on priority basis she smiled and said we gonna forward your application today so its totally depend on visa officer at bhc what they gonna do lol
i hope i dont have to wait for 3 months for out come as hollyday season is coming i wanna be with my family asap ;)
Rogerlongship may i ask if you dont mind where did you apply your EEA Fp and how did it take?
