Dependent application of Entrepreneur team at same outside

dear All,

I need expert advice , should i apply of my dependents (1+1) alongwith my appication of entreprenuial team with my sister, i have sufficient funds of maintanence into my account to support my dependent (1+1).

But someone is advicing to get your visa grantureed first then apply for your dependents.

I am confused in this siutaion.

to be honest its entirely your choice .... but from past experience by some of the user on this forum suggest that do not apply dependant same time as you just incase if you have refusal than dependant wont get right of appeal (Administrative Review) so in that case you will loose the dependant application fee.

and once your appeal is sorted than you have to re apply for dependant .... so its better you apply and once your visa sorted than apply dependant visa this is more secure way.

thanks guru, but hopefully it would not be problem afterwards means any new issues for getting dependents visa.. like i have to go first then apply after landing .. is that any kind of issues raises...

I can share my experience with you.

- First Main Applicants submitted their application.

- The Main Applicants mentioned in their forms the details of their dependants and also mentioned that these dependants will travel along with Main Applicants.

- The Maintenance funds statement included the funds for main applicant and all the dependants.

- Main applicants got the Tier 1 Visa.

- Applied for dependants and waiting for their visa.

2- Proof of Relationship (Marraige certificate/ Child Registration certificates)
3- Copy of Main applicant passport

What is the application fee for dependents? Is it the same as main applicant i.e. GBP 816 ??

The dependents visa fees is same as the main applicant.
