hi there.

just need to know how to get travel documents to travel to my home country.. my passport is with homeoffice and ma application was refused two months ago they gave appeal right but i hd no money to hire lawyer but now i wana go home, soo shall i inform them to get my passport or shall i get travel documents ? but where to get these travel documents. please let me know asap!! many thanks

What you need to do is write a letter to the HO or call them explaining that you intend to travel back to your country and they will ask you to give them your travelling date and your airport of departure and someone from the HO will bring your passport to the airport on the agreed date and they will make sure that you board your plane.

Your refusal letter should have the phone no and address of where to contact if you make up your mind to go back to your country.
