away from uk

Thanks for reading this post,I shall be grateful if any one advice me .
A)I am married a british citizen april 2013 and currently on flrm visa .i successfully met all financial and other requirements.
B) I run a successful business in uk .

Questions.
1. my brother has cancer back in India ,I really have to go back for atlest 1.5 years to look after business in back home. In this 1.5 years I will be coming once every 2 months to uk for 2 weeks ,my wife will visit me in India on and off .

my question is will this affect my current flrm visa?how long can I stay out side the UK? I really don’t care about British passport but I know my English wife cant adjust in India .
finanacially I have a strong background and run a successful business in uk so never relied or will rely on public funds.
Please advice.
my queston again in short is how long can I be away from uk while on Flrm Visa which was granted around 7 months ago.
