Home office visit in next couple of days,

Please can some one guide me on how long it can take for them to make any decision after the visit. As my current visa is expiring just after a week from visit.

ask your employer to make the visiting HO peope aware of your soon to expire visa and therefore to expedite the decision on the employer's sponsor licence application.
