Name of Third Party in Bank Letter (New Rules, Where??)

Name of Third Party in Bank Letter (New Rules, Where??)

Hi, My application was refused back in April 2013, and I lodged an appeal and waiting for hearing in December 2013. I have heard that HO has updated the rules that the third party's name is not required in the bank letters?? Where can I get this document?

When you open top pdf file,it contain 98 pages.go topage 44-45
see section d
where heading is
When applicant relying on third party funds,they must provide following letters.

i: Third prty declaration letter
ii:Legal representative letter,which prove the validatiy of signature of third party

Hence we need only above two letters in case we use third party fundings.
