No, I see the bar but do not see the time 07:47, I tried 19:47 but that wasn't right.

it starts "order order question for the secretary of state for education". the bit we want is about the last tenth.

Its only about the financial requirements and dont look like the minister wants to do anthing about it but the subject is still alive.
