Hello to you moderators and everyone in this forum,it has been a while since I stopped contributing to this classic genius forum and I want to apologise for my shortcomings breakup. If accepted then thanks.i like to give you a brief recap of my brother application that was refused by the entry clearance officer and I will highly appreciation your contributions,any one is welcomed to help me in the face of pushing the unlawful reasons of refusal. My brother has just finishe his degree course and just waiting graduation in January next year 2014 and he is my dependant and i sponsored him all throughout his studies, solely relay on me and my wife her .and he is the only one taking care of my house and construction is going on which I just want him to come and get some rest . I can let him come to settle here but I don't want me cuz my property is there . No one to look after it. All this was started in the visit application for , my letter and my wife letter . Him also started it on the cover letter with my house document and buildings and every . He made his first application on January 2013,appointment was given ,they told him that if you are just coming for visiting then you should not use the VAF FORM.They told me he must use general visit application and that he must pay a fee of £80 for it.ok , I told him to decline , another one was submitted as advices by the BHC staffs. I sent every little dam document on the 15 of August 2013, they asked him to come in two weeks . One wee added finally was refuse entry. REASONS OF REFUSAL:DECISON you propose to visit your brother in the UK four four months.. The ECO said : am not satisfied he is genuily seeking entry four for month and that he is not going to return . I started about my properties
