Acknowledgement letter

Hi guys

I have applied for BC on 19th August through NCS fee has been taken on 27th August. Its been more than 3 weeks now but I didnt receive acknowledgement letter. Did this happen to anyone? I have checked most of the timelines none of I could see was more than 2 weeks to receive it. I have email the HO last week didnt get reply so far.

What should I do?
