Irish study visa appeal from pakistan

Hi there i had applied for irish study visa on 22 feb 2013 and they replied on 24 july 2013 insted of 8 week time limit but it was refused. Then i file an appeal for it on 22 aug 2013. Can any body please tell me how long it would take to make a decision on it and how much is the approval rate of appeal if documents r accurate as per refusal reasons.
