Applying for Citizenship

Hi All,

I have had ILR for 1 year and now in the UK for a total of 6 years - 5 years with HSMP and Tier 1 and then 1 year on ILR .
I am ready to apply for citizenship and have a couple of questions .

1. My wife and I both arrived in the UK at the same time and has lived here all the time . She was my dependent and has worked only part time.

What documents do I need to supply for her ?

2. Do we have to supply bank statements or any other documents to support that we have lived here for 5 yrs plus ?
If we do not have the P60 for all the 5 years - what is the alternative ?

Its simple application you may not need any of those.
