need urgent help

Hi i m living in uk as a student visa my wife live in Belgium and she have 5 year resident permit card (like spous vis)and her father is eu national our marriage is accepted but when i applied for visa to Belgium they refused my visa they said your wife dnt have permanent work mean she was working on that time but Belgium embassy said she need life time contract and that time she have 1 year contract after that i applied 5 time for visit but got refuse 3 time from Belgium and 2 time from France . before that i visit 3 time to Belgium and we got married in Belgium 2 and half year ago 2011 as we show proof of our marriage to Belgium ministry and then they accept our marriage and send a letter to us but when i apply for visa they refuse me i need help to go to Belgium . please hlep me
