baby born of non british parents with 3 years tier 1 general

Hi, Me and my husband got tier 1 general extension with 3 years visa on 26 june 2013. My baby was born inn Uk after we got our visa. Now if i want to travel to pakistan i have my pakistani passport with residence permit card so i can come back to uk as well. My querry is how my baby can travel from uk to pak or vice versa. What kind of docs he needed to travel and tell me the procedure.

He needs to start with a PK passport. He can apply for leave to remainbefore he travels, or apply for leave to enter before he returns. Allow adequate time for either application.

If i need to take him to pakistan i have to file leave to remain application again for him so he can travel abroad.

What do mean by apply again? My post assumes that the child currently has no leave and that one type or the other must be sought.

I mean to say it i will get birth certificate from uk without applying for leave to remain and if the british commision would issue permission letter to travel to pakistan so i will for his visa from there. Sorry to bother you
