does my newborn baby need visa for our case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there,
I would like to come to visit my husband with my new born baby. she has HongKong passport and my husband is british citizenship by descent and living in uk now.

I'm holding hong kong passport with uk spouse visa and will expire feb/2014. I don't want to go back uk for long stay. this time it just for travel and visit my husband for a month

I check for the child visitor rules in ukba website. hong kong passport doesn't need visa for travel and will get 6 months general visa

i would like to ask if I buy the return ticket for me and my baby.
showing we are not intend to stay uk.
Is it ok for entry with out apply the child settlement visa?
because the settlement visa it cost £800 and we are not aim for settle uk. this time it just for visit.
