Signature and Name on the contract

Hi guys,

I am applying entrepreneur visa as a team. Me and My partner are doing the contracting. The contracts I have from the company it contains only my name on it. As i have seen on the forum and heard as well that they are refusing the visa if the contract has not contains both partners name on it.

I am confused, what should I do ? because I can't say to company to include my partners name on the contract.? and if yes then same thing will apply for signature as well with both partners on contract.

Can somebody explain what they want ?

They want you and your partner to be involved in same business with equal shares and obviously when making contracts; signatures of both of you. Only assigning similar titles in same field doesnt mean you are partners. Hope you get what i mean.
If you are making contracts with a client then sign contract like a company NOT in your individual names.
