CT41G Form and guidance policy

HI, I have received CT41G letter from HMRC. In policy guidance it states following paragraph as requirement "A copy of form CT41G FROM HMRC. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SHOW THE DATE OF REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY WITH HMRC AND THE HMRC UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMNER".
Now the letter i have received from hmrc CT41G do have UTR but do not state date of registration with hmrc. How can i get completed CT41G? as now hmrc do it everything online? any suggestions?

Just clarifying for self employed its only the Welcome letter from HMRC with your UTR no on the letter. I dont know of ct41g.

yes, CT41G is for companies. anyone who used this letter?

The letter you received from HMRC is actually the CT41G.

You just need to submitt this with your application.

Hi, 

Hope you doing well, just need to know something if you can help out, I registered myself as self employed on 3rd september following hmrc online form, they just gave me a gateway user id, but I haven't recieved any welcome or confirmation letter from them, any idea when I will recieve it as its almost more than 2 weeks. Will be appreciated for helping out.
