Sponsored Licence suspended

Please I have been living in the UK for the past 2 years on Tier 2, My Husband just got his Visa about 8 weeks ago and he will be coming to join me in the UK in few days time, But to our surprised my sponsored license was suspended by HO because they said they are working on some investigation on Him and his Company name have been removed from registered sponsored list.

Please my question now is that will they allow my Husband to comes in because ha has his Visa with him already and we have already book and bought the Ticket.

If your sponsor's licence has been suspended (but not wthdrawn) you can continue working and your current leave remains valid. If your husband got a PBS dependant visa there shouldn't be any problems with him entering the UK on that visa.
