Post by h1b||tier1 » Fri Sep 13, 2013 5:15 am

Hi,

I came to UK on 24th July 2010 using Tier 1 General Migrant visa. I Have been outiside UK for the following days:

1. 16-April-2011 to 02-May-2011(17 days)
2. 27-Aug-2011 to 11-Sep-2011(16 days)
3. 22-Jun-2013 to 21-Jul-2013(30 days)
4 10-Aug-2013 to 31-Oct-2013 (83 days)

Will this affect my extension next year and my ILR application in 2015??

Kindly reply ASAP.

Many thanks,

Clearly no
I don't even have to use the calculator.
The limit is 180 per year. you barely reached 80 days this year.

Hi,

Assuming you came within 90 days of your visa issue date I presume you should be fine.

Also I think your first absence will be split across two years., depending upon when u received EC.

Good luck
I try to give honest answers, however I might be wrong, kindly always check with your solicitor/accountant for final confirmation
