visa subclass for australia for IT/telecoms professional

Hi,

I am contemplating working in Australia. have over 10 years of work experience in the IT/Telecoms industry with an MS and am a British Citizen.

What visa subclass can i apply under? do i need to first line up a job and then apply for the visa?
