Citizenship Ceremony!

Hi All,

Just need to find out that is it possible someone change his ceremony borough. In local borough dates are not available untill 2 months and private ceremony they are asking £200( Hounslow Council). Other borough are charging 90 or 100 for private ceremony. What is a process to change borough .
