Can someonw switch sponsorship while inside the uk.

visa valid starts from :- 12/05/2011 visa expires:- 11/05/2014
visa tier 2 ict long term staff migrant.

if you applied for your visa after 5 April 2011 then NO. If you applied for your visa before 6 April 2011 then you are T2 ICT Established Staff and you can switch
