Dependant visa

HI
can some one help on this

I and my wife are on PSW and she want to continue education by doing a phd and I intend to be a dependent on her. I want to know if we can all do this in uk. or must any of us go back to Nigeria. kindly advise.

Following the implementation of new rules, both of you should be able to switch within the UK.
