Has your wife got sole responsibility for the children?
What is your immigration status/nationality and where is your wife?

Since we have separated I had a sole responsibility for the children and divorce was with mutual understanding so no court has been involved, my ex wife is in Pakistan.
I am in UK on ILR and got married again last month and my new wife is in Pakistan.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks,

See
Supporting documents (click)
You will need to show that you have sole responsibility, if they're living with their Mother how are you going to show that? Also, the financial requirement will be increased.

An order from the court perhaps or that your ex-spouse has signed an order giving sole responsibility to you.

They are living with my parents in Pakistan and their ages are 2 & 4 respectively. I am also looking to apply dependent visa for my parents in near future.

You should look at the requirements for that. No one on the forum (that I have heard of) has been able to meet the burden of proof required since they changed the rules for this in July 2012.
They might be able to visit though...

If you are wanting to bring your wife, children and dependant parents then you will struggle (for the latter at least). You may also consider, waiting until you are naturalised as British and move all the family over with the aid of the
Surinder Singh rule (click)
