Qualification points not showing in PBC - Urgent Please!

Hi

my Friend is in situation, please help.

He is on Tier 1 General visa.
He applied first in Oct 2010 and got refused on the bases of Qualification.
His qualification :- Postgraduate Certificate in business management. from Oxford business college.

He appealed
(said to judge when he applied there was point in PBC)
and got Tier1 General. now he is going to extend his visa.

when he check the PBC - Point base calculater there is no points showing towards his qualification.

Please suggest him what to do.
He has no other qualification (no bachelor or masters)

Don't worry .

Same points will be awarded in extension application as it was in initial application.

Select the relevant band from PBS Calculator and No need to send any documents for qualification again.

I have personally seen people's getting extension in this situation.
