Maintenance Fund Req For Spouse?

Hi,

I got this last minute confusion. Pls help me.

My wife & I lived in UK for 5 years. I had to leave UK in dec 2012 bcos my visa expired(PSW) she applied for Entrepreneur VISA which was issues in July2013.

Do I have to show £600 maintenance funds as she was in uk for more than 12 mths or the other amount (for < 12mths)as she is on entreprenure visa for 3 mths.
