Query regarding permanent address for Indian passport rene.

Hi ,
I had provided permanent address different from current address when i applied for my passport in india and in the passport address mentioned is current address.
I am applying for renewal of passport and it is asking for permanent address in india only . I don't want to change my address mentioned in the passport but there is no place to mention the same .
Have any one faced this situation before ? if yes , can you advise please ?
