Applicants using NCS Lambeth/Wandsworth/Hammersmith

I was looking into application timeline for above 3 councils & found that some of them mention special delivery to UKBA, now nowhere they say that it's next day delivery. I know some councils provide special next day delivery to UKBA.

My question is to people who used this service at above location, did they sent application via special NEXT day delivery service or was it just special delivery (taking 2-3 days)? Also, is there any tracking receipt given to you to track delivery of your application?

Also, I'd request to everyone posting their timeline, please mention your NCS council name also (Not just NCS), so that others planning to use service would know how different council services are faring.
