address proof for British Citizenship

Post by Haris2108 » Mon Sep 16, 2013 10:08 am

Hi

I got my ILR in Feb 2012 and I will be eligible for British Citizenship during March 2013. However all these days I was renting a flat. But now I am moving to a friend's place to live with them as paying guest. So would that affect in anyway for my application if I am not having house or flat for rent on my name?
Kindly advise
Haris

It will not make any difference. However mention the date you moved in to the new address and put an explanatory note on Page 13.
cheers

Just think about it logically...
When you apply for naturalization the home office looks at whether you have met all the requirements. Does it give them a right to insist you should live in a rented accomodation or own house?? Naaaaaaaa!
Relax!
good luck
