Hello forum i have an appointment tomorrow with NCS.I'm confused about one thing.should one of my referee must sign my photograph in the back in an app. referee section.thank you for your help (i need quick respond).THANK YOU

The application form doesn't require them to sign on the photo so - No, it is not required.
