Can you change from postal to PEO once submitted?

Can you change from postal to PEO once submitted?

When applying for our ILR using SET(O) there were zero appointments available anywhere before our visas expired - I now see there are dozens...some as early as next week. Can anyone advise if there is anyway of changing from postal to PEO application once it has been submitted?
