if you try the 0845 number, be prepared to wait for about half an hour before they answer the phone.

This morning I called the number I gave you 01516725626 and I was able to speak to a HO adviser who was actually very kind, patient n gave me loads of info but I had to wait for almost half an hour before I got through. OPtion 1 and then option 2. It works. I called HO regarding EEA issues. YOu want to ask about the WRS so then it is the right number. It is also a landline number and not premium number. The other number for them starts with 0845 and 0870 but cost a fortune and it is is exactly the same as calling the number I have given u.
Good luck
